Mr. Liaquat Ali Mollah was born on May 7, 1968 in a well -respected Muslim family in Sachilapur village of Sripur upazila of Magura district. He was in SSC in the 5th. He took first place in the merit list by participating in the exam. He then from Sripur Government College in the 5th of the Humanities Department of HSC. He took first place in the merit scholarship list by participating in the exam. Later, he received the LLB (Honors) and LMM degree from the Law Department of Dhaka University.

He was the 5th BCS in the 5th. He passed the examination as Assistant Judge (Education) and later served as Assistant Judge in Chuadanga and Faridpur districts. Later, as a senior assistant judge, Pabna worked with reputation and skill in court. He worked as a joint district judge in Jhalakathi and Chuadanga districts. He served as Additional District Judge in Dinajpur Court. He also served as the Chief Judicial Magistrate in the Natore Magistrate Court. He was promoted to the highest post in the judiciary as the District and Sessions Judge in the judiciary in the 21st. He then served in the District and Sessions Judge and Judge of Tapainawabganj, Human Trafficking Tribunal and Chairman, the lowest wage board, Dhaka. He joined Manikganj as Senior District and Sessions on the last 02/2222 AD.
